As industry professionals we established Reinvent Property Group in response to our own first hand experiences with a Real Estate industry lacking in the core knowledge sets that we had expected from agents.

Challenged to find agents that we could trust and depend on in the sale of our own assets, we quickly transitioned to undertaking the sales process ourselves and, with a proven track record and strong sales results, quickly broadened our scope to afford these services to help others emulate our success.

Reinvent Property Group extends the same level of due diligence that we undertake on our own projects to all our clients, both Vendors and Purchasers. Reinvent Property’s flat commission rate of 2% is representative of what the sale of your asset should cost you. We have an operational understanding and appreciation of what professional service fees should look like and our fixed flat rate commission fee of 2 percent is evidence of what we believe the industry should be operating at.
